The European Charter of San Gimignano for the Rights of Unaccompanied Migrant Minors and Separated Children participates again to the European Parliament in Brussels on September 26th, 2017.
Adriano Scarpelli, president of Carretera Central and Giacomo Bassi, San Gimignano’s mayor will speak for the Charter to the European Charter of San Gimignano.
